Since 1981 Huron Valley Ambulance has been educating students in the art and science of pre-hospital emergency care.
As an industry leader, HVA's believes in a comprehensive approach to emergency education by providing our students with current
healthcare practice and concepts that are an integral part of the learning environment.
We believe that the student's educational needs will best be met by providing both acomprehensive classroom and clinical environment.
As a nationally accredited program, our paramedic level students gain valuable patient care skills by completing our "sub-specialty"
clinical rotations which include live intubations, a rotation at the University of Michigan Trauma burn center along with many other
clinical experiences that are all directed by industry leaders. In addition, as part of the educational experience, all HVA students
will gain valuable patient care skills by completing an internship in which they will serve as a team member along with our pre-hospital
emergency paramedic road staff.
